Dr Monalisa Mishra holds an ECMO fellowship from Guys and St Thomas hospital, London and an FNB fellowship from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. She has 11 years of experience in critical care. Her recent association with Manchester Royal Infirmary, Manchester, UK, saw her serve as a senior clinical fellow in the department of intensive care medicine. Dr. Monalisa is passionate about developing robust teaching and training programs for nurses. She has a keen interest in research and has been published in multiple international medical journals such as the British Journal of Anaesthesia (BJA) and the Critical care Medicine (CCM) journal. Her areas of expertise include ECMO, CRRT and Echocardiography in critical care.

Dr Santanu Bagchi has been in the field of core critical care for more than five years. He had additional experience in sub-specialities like respiratory and oncological critical care, along with multidisciplinary critical care medicine. His special interest lies in Sepsis and POCUS. He takes active interest in teaching and has been part of multiple workshops and academic activities.

Dr Biswa Bikash Mohanty is trained in Singapore where he completed his fellowship in Critical Care from NUH, Singapore, after completing his FNB (Critical Care) from Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. He completed his MD in Anaesthesiology from KEM Hospital, Mumbai. Biswa Bikash is a passionate teacher and is one of the major pillar of the "360criticalcare" family.
